Applying for a Graduate Assistantship An application for a graduate assistantship may be obtained in any graduate department or in the Graduate School, or it may be downloaded from the links below. An HTML version is included for your information but may not be acceptable to your department. When filled out, the form should be submitted to the department of the student's chosen graduate major.
